Full Terms and Conditions

• 1. This Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain only, excluding employees and their immediate families of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited, their agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
• 2. Entrants must be 12 years or over and must have parental consent if under 16 years of age. Entrants under 16 must read the parental consent disclaimer and tick the box to confirm that they have read the disclaimer and also have parental permission to enter the Promotion.
• 3. This Promotion is available on special promotional 10 packs of 200ml pouches of ‘Capri-Sun’ Orange, ‘Capri-Sun’ Apple, ‘Capri-Sun’ Blackcurrant, ‘Capri-Sun’ Tropical and ‘Capri-Sun’ Summer Berries and special promotional 5 packs of 200ml Orange while stocks last. Codes are indented on the top of promotional pouches and only the last 5 digits of the code are required to enter the Promotion.
• 4.No Purchase Necessary. Only one entry per person per day via web only. To enter visit www.capri-stunts.co.uk and follow the steps from the homepage. Complete the entry form and type in the last 5 digits of your code. For entry, you will be required to enter your name, age, a valid e-mail address, phone number and postcode. Entries with incomplete or invalid information will not be accepted as valid entries into the Promotion
• 5. The Promotion runs from 01/05/08 to midnight at 11/04/09.
• 6. For the first 100 days of the Promotion, entrants will be notified if they have won or lost on the day of entry. Notification of bonus draws will be to the phone number used at the time of entry, within 14 days of each draw. Prizes will be based on an instant, random win only for the Promotion period 01/05/08 to midnight on 11/04/09.
• 7. There will be 102 total stunt prizes to be won, one a day for 100 days and 2 stunts prizes for the bonus draws (the prizes consist of Human ten pin bowling which is Zorbing for one winner plus four friends; Body Flying which is skydiving in a wind tunnel for one winner plus four friends; Snow Fun which is snowboarding / tobogganing in an indoor snow centre for one winner plus four friends and in the case of Sumo Suit Wrestling, this consists of 2 inflatable Sumo suits which will be sent to the winner to keep); Winners can choose one of these prizes. All prizes are subject to availability.
• 8. Prize winner’s friends participating in the ‘Stunt Prizes’ must also be 12 years or over and each must have written permission from a parent or legal guardian if under 16 years of age. Any of the party who are under 16 and do not produce proof of written permission on the day will not be allowed to participate in the prize.
• 9. A parent or legal guardian must accompany the winners and their parties on the day of the prize fulfillment. Failure to comply with this will result in the prize winner and their parties forfeiting the prize.
• 10. Prize winners will be required to travel to the location of the prizes (excluding Sumo Suit prizes). Please check the location of your preferred prize before confirming acceptance as the Promoter will not be liable to provide any mode of transport or associated costs to travel to the prize location for the prize winner or their friends.
• 11. Winners will be requested to call the hotline 0800 970 8424, to claim their prize. Calls to this number are free from a landline. Phone line is open from Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm. Closed on Bank Holiday Monday. Standard mobile operator charges apply if the hotline number is called from a mobile phone. Participants should ensure that they are available to be contacted on the same phone number as used at the time of entry.
• 12. All prize winners will be required to sign a disclaimer to confirm acceptance of the prize.
• 13. BONUS DRAWS: There will be two additional draws. Those entering after the first 100 days of the promotional period will gain automatic entry to one of the draws to win 1 of the ‘Stunts’ prizes. The first prize draw will take place on 08/09/2008 for all entries received by midnight on the 01/09/2008. The second draw will take place on 18/04/2009 for all entries received from 02/09/2008 to midnight on the 11/04/2009. The draws will be for 1 stunt prize and will be drawn from all eligible entries from all previous eligible entries received within the dates set out in this clause and excludes all previous winning entries throughout the Promotional period. Winners of the bonus draws will be notified by phone, to the phone number used at the time of entry, within 14 days of each draw.
• 14. For all entries, the winner or their parent(s) / guardian(s) will be the owner of the phone number stated as part of online entry. No other individual is eligible to claim the prize.
• 15. Only valid codes will be accepted. Other manufacturer’s references or printing errors do not constitute codes.
• 16. If you are unable to read your pack code, or it is incomplete, please send the defected pack to Capri-Stunts Promotion, FREEPOST CAPRI-STUNTS, Rockingham Drive, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6LY.
• 17. A code will be allocated to you and entered into the daily draw on your behalf. All packs sent after midnight on 08/08/2008 and between 01/09/2008 and 11/09/2009 will be entered into the Bonus Draw. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for labels, multi pack boards or pack inserts lost or damaged in the post. Proof of posting is not a proof of receipt.
• 18. Entering details online is not proof of receipt of entry. When entering online you will receive confirmation of entry on screen. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any messages that are lost or delayed, or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, or network error, or for any other reason beyond its control.
• 19. Allow at least 28 days delivery for all prizes.
• 20. No cash or alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value.
• 21. A list of the winners’ names and counties will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope to ‘Capri-Stunts’, bd-ntwk, Tea Building, 56 Shoreditch High Street, London, E1 6PQ after 28/04/09.
• 22. The draws in September and April will be conducted under independent supervision and the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• 23. The Promoter reserves the right to reallocate a prize if any of the prize winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the Promoter’s sole discretion).
• 24. In the event of a phone being lost, stolen or damaged the Promoter is not able to retrieve or transfer any existing entries to a new phone number.
• 25. All prizes are valid until 01/10/09 and must be redeemed before this date.
• 26. If the Inflatable Sumo Suit prize items do not arrive in a satisfactory condition, participants have up to 28 days to contact the helpline on 0800 970 8424 and request a replacement. In the absence of such notification the participant will be deemed to have accepted all items. Items correctly supplied in accordance with the claim cannot be exchanged unless found on first use to be defective. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• 27. Regretfully the Promoter cannot be held liable for system failures at the handling house, on websites or on telephone hotlines. Neither can the Promoter be held responsible for the failure to fulfill the obligations of any of the third parties involved in this Promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
• 28. Neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion.
• 29. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or the spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion refuse to process a claim. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• 30. The www.capri-stunts.co.uk website may contain links to sites owned or operated by parties other than the Promoter. Such links are provided for your convenience only. The Promoter does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or the security of such sites.

• 32. By entering this Promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
• 33. DATA PROTECTION: Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd only collects personal information from our visitors on a voluntary basis. We don't require this information to obtain access to any of our Site. Personal information received from any visitor will only be used for our internal purposes and will not be sold or provided to third parties. In communicating with children, Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd is especially mindful of the need to protect their personal privacy. Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd will not provide a response to any child under the age of 16 years who makes contact through the ‘Contact Us’ feature on the website.
