Creative Things to do with your Capri-Sun
Please your parents and turn your Capri-Sun pack into a pot plant in five easy steps, or freeze your Capri-Sun for a refreshing ice lolly treat over the summer! Don’t forget to ask your parents for help if you need to. What else could you do with your pack?
What You Will Need
An empty Capri-Sun pack
Scissors (be careful or ask and adult to help if you need to)
Using scissors, carefully cut the top off your Capri-Sun pack and wash it out in the sink.
Using a sharp pencil, pierce 4-6 pin-size holes in the bottom of the pack. These will let any extra water escape when you water your plant. Make sure you place the pack on a dish, so it doesn’t leak water everywhere.
Fill the pack with garden soil about ¾ of the way up.
Bury some flower seeds about an inch deep in the soil, add water and place it outside in direct sunlight.
Water your ‘pot’ every day and watch as your plant grows.
Simply place your Capri-Sun in the freezer overnight and, by the morning, the juice inside will have frozen solid. Then, carefully cut the top off the pack with a pair of scissors and enjoy your Capri-Sun ice lolly. Mmm!
