Impress your mates with an amazing card trick
Show all four Kings to the audience. Then place one on the bottom, two into the middle and leave the last one at the top of the deck. With a simple shuffle, you spread through the cards to magically reveal the Kings now all appear next to each other in the deck!
How it’s done
To start, remove all four Kings from the deck, along with any two random cards. Place the two random cards on top of three of the Kings, and then place the final king on top of them.So from the top you have: (King)(random)(random)(King)(King)(King).
Fan these cards out face-up, with the two random cards hidden behind the King in front of them. It should now look as if you have just 4 Kings fanned out. Show this to your audience, casually mentioning that the four Kings you hold are best of friends. Now place them face down on top of the deck.
Tell your audience that you are going to separate the Kings and lift the top card up and place it at the bottom of the deck. You may allow the audience to see this as it is a King...
Take the next King from the top (although it’s really the random card) and place it into the middle of the deck. (Be careful not to show the audience this card as it is not a King.) and then do the same with the next card from the top.
Finally, you take the fourth card from the top and casually show it to your audience as you suggest you’re going to leave it there. Cut the deck in half to further mix the cards and then snap your fingers.
The Kings have magically reunited! Spread through the deck to find all four together!
